Warranty Policy

• Products include brand warranty as specified on the product page (typically 1–3 years for components).
• Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and honoured through authorised service centres.
• Keep your GST invoice and serial numbers for all warranty claims.

We source from authorised distributors so manufacturer warranty is honoured in India. We do not sell grey-market or unauthorised imports. Distribution: Authorised brand distributors.

Visit us at Vastrapur, Ahmedabad during Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST for guidance on warranty registration, RMA paperwork, and next steps. We cannot override manufacturer decisions but we help navigate the process.

If a product is dead on arrival, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
