Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched
• Contact us at [email protected] or +91 98250 63702 with your order number
• Cancellations requested within 2 hours of placing the order are processed immediately where possible
• Full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy once the item is delivered. Return shipping charges may apply unless the cancellation is due to our error.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. In such cases, a full refund will be processed and you will be notified promptly.

• If payment fails at checkout, no order is created and you will not be charged
• If amount is debited but order confirmation is not received, contact us with your UPI transaction reference
• Duplicate payments, if any, will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification

For orders containing multiple items, partial cancellation may be possible before dispatch if items ship separately. Contact support to check availability for your specific order.
