Shipping Policy

We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pin code. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require alternative arrangements or be excluded.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
• Standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹5,000
• Bulk or heavy items (large cases, monitors) may incur additional handling charges — shown at checkout
• Express shipping options may be available for select pin codes (additional charges apply)

• Order processing: 1 business day(s) after payment confirmation (orders before 14:00 IST ship faster)
• Ahmedabad & Gujarat: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Delivery timelines are estimates — check your pin code on product or checkout pages

We ship via trusted partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket. The assigned courier may vary by pin code and product weight.

Orders above ₹25,000: High-value orders include insured shipping with packing verification.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
• Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
• Valid ID may be required for high-value orders
• Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Do not accept packages that appear severely damaged if you suspect internal product damage.

Prefer to collect in person? Store pickup is available at Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Pay online and collect during support hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST), or ask us about pay-at-pickup for eligible orders — see Payment Options.
