Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is subject to product availability and successful payment verification. We accept online payments online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) as displayed at checkout.

A GST tax invoice will be provided with eligible orders. Business customers may provide a valid GSTIN at checkout.

Delivery timelines and shipping charges are as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Products carry manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. Acmy System facilitates warranty claims but warranty service is provided by the respective brand or authorised service centre. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acmy System shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All website content, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Acmy System. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You may also approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
